Go straight ahead for 3 lights; at third light make a left onto Highland Avenue. Nursing Home is approximately one-half mile on left-hand side of the street.

From NYS Thruway (Southbound): Take Exit 17 off Thruway (Newburgh). Follow signs to Route 84 West to Exit 4W ( Route 17). Take Route 17 a short distance to Exit 120. At light make left onto Route 211. Go approximately 1 mile; watch for Diner on right with black windows (Johnny D’s). Make right at light after Diner onto Wisner Avenue.
